Toot's Chili

1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 lb bacon, chopped
2- 30 oz cans chili beans (not drained)
1- 15 oz cans each drained
    Kidney
    Pin Quito
    Red beans
    Black beans
1-15 oz chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
4 stalks chopped celery
1/3 c. ketchup
1/8 c. mustard
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar

Cook bacon, drain. Brown beef and drain fat. Add onion and celery sauté until slightly soft. Add all the beans and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer, simmer, simmer check seasoning…

To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Defrost. Reheat in a slow cooker, the microwave or in a pot.
