Tandoori Chicken Kababs

1-3/4 lbs chicken breast
2 Tbsps lime juice
4 cloves garlic
1 - 2in piece of ginger, chopped
2 jalepeno chilies, chopped (remove seeds for less spice)
1 cup plain, non fat yogurt

In a blender, puree lime juice, garlic, ginger and chilies. Add yogurt, blend until smooth.

Trim chicken into 1x4 inch slices. Thread the chicken onto skewers.

Arrange skewers into a non-reactive dish; pour marinade over.

To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Grill until done.
