Swiss Chicken4 chicken breasts1/3 c white wine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 c seasoned bread crumbs swiss cheese butter or margarine Mix cream of chicken soup and white wine in a freezable baking dish. Place chicken in sauce and cover with slices of swiss cheese. Freeze. To Freeze: Cover with foil and freeze. To Reheat:Thaw in refrigerator and then top with bread crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. |
