Oven Baked Orange Chicken

5 chicken breast, no skin, no bone
1/4 c melted butter
3/4 c fine dry breadcrumbs
1/2 c flour
6 oz orange juice, frozen concentrate, undiluted
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 c honey
1 tsp paprika

Place a sheet of waxed paper on a large cookie sheet. Brush chicken breasts with butter.

Combine orange juice and honey in a shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs, flour and seasonings in a separate bowl. Roll chicken in honey mixture and then in crumbs. Place each coated chicen piece on the wax paper, not touching other chicken. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken.

To Freeze: Flash freeze until firm and then place in freezer bags or freezer containers.

To Reheat: Place frozen chicken pieces on an oiled cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375. Bake frozen chicken 30 - 45 minutes until thickest part is no longer pink and juices run clear.
