Skewers To prepare marinade, combine first 6 ingredients in large zip-top plastic bag; add chicken. Seal and marniate in fridge 3 hours; turn occasionally. Remove chicken from bag, discard marinade. Thread 4 chicken pieces, red onion and bell pepper alternately. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container. To Reheat: Defrost. Rub grill with cut potato to prevent sticking. Grill 12 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once. |
