Meatloaf your husband will like!

THIS RECIPE MAKES 4 MEATLOAVES

4-5 lbs ground Beef
6 Eggs
4 cups Bread Crumbs
Worcestershire sauce or Dale's sauce
1 Onion, chopped
Ketchup
Barbecue sauce
Yellow Mustard
Dijon Mustard
Vinegar
salt/pepper

Beat eggs. Add meat, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire, a little ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Shape into four equal loaves.

Make a sauce of ketchup, barbecue, mustard, Dijon, vinegar and Worcestershire (to taste). Thin with water, and pour over loaves. (This is the secret!)

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

To Freeze: Place in freezer container or a container that can go from the freezer to the oven if you intend to defrost before reheating.

To Reheat: at 350 until warm. Add more sauce when reheating. From frozen, this will take about an hour.
