Layered Italian Sandwich

1 round sourdough loaf
¼ cup of sun-dried tomato pesto
6 slices low-fat ham
6 slices oven roasted turkey
6 slices turkey salami
3 slices provolone cheese
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper

Cut the sourdough round in half. Hollow it out and brush each side with half of the sun-dried tomato pesto. Layer half of the meat on each side of the bread and top with cheese. Top with yellow and red pepper slices.

To Freeze: Wrap in foil and freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Defrost completely. Serve cold or heat in the oven or BBQ to melt cheese.
