Home Made Italian Marinated Steak

4 6-8oz steaks
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp black pepper

Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, onion, ginger and pepper. Coat steak with marinade and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Grill until done.
