Foil Wrapped Steak Dinners

1 to 1-1/2 lbs lean cut steak
1 bag of frozen mixed vegies
4 med potatoes
onion
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix

Cut meat into 1" pieces. Place frozen vegetables in a colander or sieve; run cold water over until just broken apart.

Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil. On center, place meat. Top with frozen vegetables, onions, and potatoes.

Combine the cream of mushroom soup with the onion soup mix. Spoon over top of each dinner. Wrap securely in foil.

To freeze: Freeze in foil packets.

To Reheat: Defrost in the refrigerator overnight and bake at 450 for 50 minutes or until meat is tender. OR cook from frozen at 450 for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
