Cowboy Kabobs

1/3 cup Steak Sauce (A1, Heinz, etc.)
1/3 cup Barbeque Sauce
2 tsp. Horseradish
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ lbs. Top Round, cut into " strips
1 Large Onion, cut into 1" pieces
1 Large Red or Green Pepper, cut into 1" pieces

Mix steak sauce, barbeque sauce, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in a large covered container until well blended.

Add meat, covering completely with sauce. Let marinate overnight, or for 1 hour minimum (the leaner the meat, the longer you should marinade to tenderize). Occasionally turn container over to redistribute sauce.

Thread steak strips and vegetables onto skewers, starting with mushroom then alternating meat and vegetables.

To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Grill until done.
