Chris's Marinated Steaks

2 - 2 1/2 Lb Sirloin Steaks (1" thick)
1 1/2 C Water
3/4 C Soy Sauce (low sodium if possible)
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onion, medium size, chopped
2 Tbls White Wine Vinegar
2 Tbls Lemon Juice
2 Tbls Dijon Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tsp Parsley (dried or frsh, finely chopped)
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Pepper

Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinade over night if possible.

To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Grill to desired doneness.
