Beef in Marinade

2 lbs beef
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp dry mustard
1 cup oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp black pepper 2 tsp minced garlic

1. Cut beef into strips for stir fry, or leave whole for steaks on the grill. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.

To Freeze: Place beef in 1-gallon freezer bag. Pour marinade over the meat. Seal, label, and freeze.

To Serve: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Grill or cook beef as desired. Discard marinade.
