BBQ'd Oriental Flank Steak

1 (1-pound) lean flank steak
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon minced peeled gingerroot
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Vegetable cooking spray

Trim fat from steak. Combine steak and next 7 ingredients (steak through garlic) in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.

To Freeze: Freeze in zip top back with marinade.

To Reheat: Remove steak from bag; reserve marinade. Prepare grill or broiler. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray, and cook 8 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan; cook over medium heat 1 minute.
