Angel Hair Pasta in Red Sauce

Olive oil
3 cloves garlic
3 lg. onions
1/2 bell pepper
1 sm. tomato paste
1 tomato sauce
2 c. chicken broth
1 lb. angel hair pasta
The following ingredients to taste:
Salt
Pepper (red & black)
Hot sauce
Garlic powder
Celery salt

Cook angel hair pasta and rinse with cold water. Drain and coat in olive oil. Set aside. Cover bottom of pot with olive oil and heat on low heat. Add onions, garlic and peppers. Saute for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste and seasonings. Saute for 20 minutes. Stir often. Add tomato sauce and chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes or until thick as desired.

To Freeze: Freeze in a freezer safe container.

To Reheat: Reheat in a covered pot until heated. Serve over pasta with Romano cheese.
